Terms of Service

1. Permitted Diagnostic & Protocol Use

LeverageIQ Group provides public well-known manifests (/.well-known/ucp, /.well-known/acp/config.json, /.well-known/ap2/mandates.json) and a live domain readiness scanner for legitimate commercial evaluation and autonomous procurement discovery. Automated denial-of-service or unauthorized security testing is prohibited.

2. Commercial Engagements & Statements of Work

Production architecture mobilizations and ongoing autonomous operations are governed by a mutually executed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work specifying exact deliverables, acceptance milestones, and settlement schedules.

3. Intellectual Property

All LeverageIQ Group visual sculptures, brand marks (including The Torsion Fulcrum), software modules, and original research articles remain the intellectual property of LeverageIQ Group unless explicitly assigned in a written client agreement.
